All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of trading card collectibles, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and value of the products we sell.

No Refunds or Exchanges

  • All items, including sealed products, singles, and accessories, are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, we want to ensure that you receive your order in the condition expected. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery at contact@arcardia.ca with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue with your package’s delivery, please contact your local postal carrier to file a claim.
